Bridesmaid & wedding party tumblers

The proposal boxes get opened once; the tumblers get carried to every fitting, the bachelorette, the morning-of, and long after the wedding. Matching engraved tumblers, each with its own name in script, are the wedding-party gift that shows up in the getting-ready photos.

For weddings we reach for the Stanley Gilded collection first: the laser reveals real gold under the coating, so “Gianna” and “Sarah” come out in gold script that matches the rings. Every name is previewed on a real photo of the exact cup and approved by you before engraving, the whole party designed in one sitting, from the maid of honor to the mother of the groom.

One order, every name

Design one look, then repeat it with each bridesmaid's name: maid of honor, mothers of the couple, flower girl included. Buy 2 save $5, buy 3 save $10, and parties of 10 or more save 10%. You approve every single proof before we engrave, so “Kaitlyn with a K” is never left to chance. And because engraving is permanent steel rather than glitter vinyl, the cups still look like the wedding day years after the flowers are compost: a keepsake she'll pack for the honeymoon and still carry to work next year.

What brides engrave

First names in script are the classic. Add the role (“Maid of Honor”), the wedding date, or a tiny heart. For the bride herself: her new last name, because the cup is often the first thing that ever carries it.

Matching your wedding palette

The Gilded colors were practically made for wedding photography: Cypress and Gilded Sugar for sage-and-neutral palettes, Antique Pink for blush weddings, Pomegranate and Juniper for moody fall and winter dates. Because the engraving itself comes out gold on every Gilded color, a mixed set still reads as one intentional collection. Order each bridesmaid her own color and the group photo still matches.

On classic powder-coat Quenchers the engraving is silver; pair Fog, Cream, or Rose Quartz for a softer, silver-toned bridal table.

A realistic ordering timeline

Proposal boxes: order three weeks before you ask, so the tumblers are the anchor gift and not the IOU note. Getting-ready gifts: two weeks before the wedding is comfortable, since same-day engraving before 2 PM ET plus 2–5 business days of transit leaves calm margin for one name change (there is always one name change). Day-of everything: they arrive engraved, so the only prep left is ribbon.

Common questions

Can each tumbler have a different name in one order?
Yes. Add each name as its own personalized item in a single order. Every design gets its own approval proof, and bundle savings apply automatically.
How far ahead should I order for a wedding?
Orders ship same-day before 2 PM ET and arrive within 2–5 business days, but for weddings we recommend ordering two weeks out so there's calm time to spare.
Is the gold engraving real gold color?
On the Stanley Gilded collection the coating conceals a gold-toned layer. The laser reveals it, so the engraving is a rich, permanent gold, not paint or ink.
