- We reply within one business day with a quote and a proof of your design on the exact product and color.
- You approve every name and proof; we engrave and ship, together or drop-shipped per recipient.
Logos that engrave well
Laser engraving is monochrome and loves clean vector shapes: a single-color logomark comes out crisp and permanent. Fine gradients and photographs don't translate, and we'll tell you honestly at the quote stage and suggest the strongest version of your mark.
How the pricing works
No setup fees, no per-name charges, no art fees for a clean vector logo. Pricing is the product base price with the relevant add-on (a logo adds $10 per unit, decorative designs $5, plain names nothing), and quantity discounts apply automatically: 10+ units take 10% off the whole line. Your quote itemizes all of it, so the number we send is the number you pay.
Mixed orders are fine: twenty Owalas for the floor staff and five Gilded Quenchers for the leads can travel in one order and one discount calculation.
Packaging, delivery, and the handoff
Team orders ship together by default, each cup labeled with its recipient's name so distribution takes minutes, not an afternoon of squinting at engravings. Need them drop-shipped to individual home addresses (remote teams, client gifts)? Mention it in the form; we'll quote shipping per destination. Every order leaves our Pennsylvania studio boxed for survival, with tracking the moment the label prints.

- What's the minimum for bulk pricing?
- Bulk pricing starts at 10 units (10% off the order). There's no minimum to order, and smaller sets still get bundle savings.
- Can each item have a different name?
- Yes. Per-recipient names are our specialty and cost nothing extra to set up. Send a roster and we'll proof every name individually.
- How fast is a bulk order?
- Most bulk orders ship within 2–4 business days of final proof approval, depending on quantity. Tell us your deadline in the form; rush timelines are often possible.
