What we collect

To fulfill your order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the design you create (text, font, and placement choices). Payment details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

Order details are used to engrave, ship, and support your order, and to send order-status emails. We don't sell personal data. Gallery photos of finished work are only published with identifying details the customer already made public or approved.

Guest orders

You can order without an account. Order-status links use a secure token, so treat that link like a password for your order.

Deletion requests

Email support@personalizeshop.com from the address on the order and we'll delete your personal data, except records we're legally required to keep (e.g. tax records).
