The proof is the contract

You approve an exact, server-rendered engraving proof before payment. We engrave precisely what you approved. Errors present in the approved proof (spelling, spacing, capitalization) are your responsibility; see Returns & remakes.

Uploaded content

By submitting text or a logo you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order. We refuse designs that infringe trademarks or contain unlawful content.

Genuine products, independent service

We engrave genuine Stanley and Owala products purchased through authorized channels. Personalize Shop is an independent customization service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stanley 1913 or Owala. Customizing a product may affect the manufacturer's warranty.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD via Stripe. We may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfill.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
